Shipping policy

1. Processing Time:

All orders are shipped fast on the day you order (in a peak season, please give us one more business day to proceed). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

For orders under CHF 100, shipping rates are shown at checkout. Shipping is FREE for Switzerland and Liechtenstein for orders over CHF 100. Estimated delivery time is between 1-2 business days via Swiss Post A-Priority Plus.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your shipment by giving your tracking number directly on Swiss Post Website: Track consignments or on our Track My Order page: Track order status

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Domestic shipments within Switzerland and Liechtenstein incur no customs and import duties. Any possible taxes are included in your purchase.

5. Damages:
