✅ Take off your jewelry, before bath, shower, cleaning, swimming, or any sport activities to prevent jewelry from being exposed to moisture, cleaning agents, saltwater and chlorine for longer durability
Returns & Refund
- All sales are final, unless the item is defective.
- We double check every item, before it‘s out for delivery. However, if you received a visible defective item, please immediately take a photo and report it to us within 14 days, since you received it. We will then give you a return label. Our email is: info@ralinebergemann.com
- Please note, that only (defective) reported item is eligible for return with restocking fee 15% of your total returned purchase.
- Item must stay new and unworn. Together with the complete package, please put in a secured package box with the return label on it.
- You pay for the „signatured“ return shipment and all possible costs and are responsible for the delivery until the item is received by us.
- Please note, that these reasons are unacceptable for return: you change your mind (after receiving the item), earrings (for hygiene), chemical damage from perfume, lotion, cosmetics, cleaning agents, losing stones from personal mistakes of usage, and any discount sales for special holiday and events.
